  Wonderful customer service and the price for a furnace install was very reasonable. However, I was told the city inspector would call me and months later, when I followed up, I was told by the city, I was suppose to call and arrange it myself. My furnace failed the inspection but CCAS assured me the issue would be resolved promptly. We arranged a time but he looked at it and said they didn't have the supplies and would have to reschedule. I was never called when the supplies arrived to reschedule a time. When did I call and rebooked the repair and they were prompt and it was done correctly, but I now have screws, packages and bit of tin to clean up all around my furnace. So between the quote, install, repairs and inspections it was 6 times I had to find someone to be home or take time of work. I also do not have access to the 'cool' or 'fan' option on my new thermostat and when I called to inquire I was informed I did not have the extra wire from my furnace that is needed for install but they could come out and put one in. I declined because I was surprised and dissapointed this was not brought up at the time or on any of the reports or even in an email. I would have liked the opportunity to have had it installed when the furnace was being done, in the middle of a smoking hot summer rather than 3 months later when I realized I have no fan. They seem like really lovely people and my concerns were always addressed, but everything else was a bit ridiculous.
